Madhav Joshi & Associates (MJA) is a Pune architecture and planning studio led by Principal Architect Madhav Joshi (BKPS College of Architecture and IIT Kharagpur urban planning). The firm has a varied portfolio across hotels, high-end residences, housing, IT and corporate offices, institutional campuses, and master-planning and urban design.
Notable projects include Business Bay and Ritz Carlton Pune, the Heritage Residential School Talegaon, Rohan Retreat Farm House, Courtyard Marriott Hinjewadi, ICC Tech Park Tower A, the Siemens IT office, and IITM research centres at Pashan. The firm has won several JK Cement awards including Green Architecture International Awards.
