This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all users of accellist.com. Violation may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.
Prohibited Uses
- Unlawful content: anything that violates applicable laws, including IP infringement, defamation, or hate speech.
- Misrepresentation: falsely claiming an Agency listing, impersonating another person or organization, or posting fake reviews.
- Spam: unsolicited commercial messages, repeated identical content, affiliate link manipulation.
- Malware: distributing viruses, trojans, or malicious code.
- Scraping: automated data extraction not expressly permitted by Accellist, Inc..
- Security abuse: unauthorized access attempts, denial-of-service, vulnerability probing without prior written permission.
- Privacy violations: posting another person’s private information without consent.
- Fraud: payment fraud, deceptive listings, bait-and-switch offers.
Reporting Abuse
Report violations to [email protected]. Include the URL, description, and any supporting evidence.
Enforcement
We investigate all credible reports. Confirmed violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or legal action. In serious cases we will cooperate with law enforcement.
