Refund Policy

Effective date: April 23, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to Accellist’s Featured and Platinum plans.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Paid monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
  • You may cancel anytime; your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period.
  • Cancellation before the next billing date stops future charges.

Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a prorated basis within 14 days of purchase if requested in writing to [email protected].
  • After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

Service Failures

If technical issues prevent us from delivering your paid plan benefits for more than 72 consecutive hours, we will credit your account for the affected time. Document issues by emailing [email protected].

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in immediate account suspension.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights you have under applicable law, including the FTC Cooling-Off Rule (where applicable) or consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
